Tech-mediated
Tech-mediated is a crucial pillar of AALE because of the unique opportunities it offers at the individual, class, and institutional levels. The effective use of technology provides many affordances, or new possibilities, for language teachers and learners alike. The AALE project embraces not only multimedia resources, but also the use of generative AI tools, to encourage new pedagogical innovations inside and outside the classroom. Teachers can utilize technological resources when developing activities, lessons, and curricula, while students can use them to craft their own language learning tools in their individual learning processes.
